Jai Dawson won the individual 3-mile crown in 14:17.2, followed by Carrick Denker in 14:23.7, Gianni Viola in 14:41.9, Brandon Pizano in 14:43.5 and Joseph Moersch in 14:52.4. Ethan Johnson placed eighth in 15:02.4, with Ryan Broadhead taking ninth in 15:02.5 for the Dolphins.
